Careers

Working for DM Orthotics.

Current Vacancies

We're recruiting!
Help change lives using our orthoses.

We are looking for Orthotists and Physiotherapists in the Midlands and Wales to work as autonomous practitioners in providing a specialist treatment modality to a wide variety of patients.

The roles will also involve providing training and support to fellow AHPs on our products. You will be both a confident lone practitioner and an integral part of a dynamic, highly motivated team.

We are seeking clinicians who have worked with our products, have a basic knowledge of FES and an interest in the management of Scoliosis. Candidates should have been qualified for a minimum of four years.

If you would like to find out more please email Patricia McCotter, our UK Clinical Manager.

What we think

We always look for people who can see things from a different perspective.

“A strong team that is willing to work together is essential to the success of DM Orthotics and what it does. Variety is important so we are constantly generating new ideas and ways of thinking – but a similar mindset and work ethic is conducive to cohesion and getting things done!” – Martin Matthews, Managing Director

What we look for

In every role within the company we ask ourselves, how can this be done better?

We are always on the look out for talented, like minded people who wish to join our ever-expanding team.

We look to people who see themselves in our core values.

People who have a passion for life and want to push their potential.

It is important that you have an open mind and a will to help others.

You should be inquisitive, positive and resilient, willing to take on challenges and be motivated to seek solutions.
