An Important Update for our Customers – Covid 19
On Saturday 31st October, the Government announced a 2nd lockdown in England to begin on Thursday 4th November. Essential Business and Manufacturing is set to remain open.
At DM Orthotics Ltd, we have remained open and will continue to take all necessary health and safety precautions, ensuring proper sanitisation of equipment and products is adhered to. We continue work under UK Government public health and strict social distancing guidelines.
If you have any clinical questions at this time relating to your product or obtaining an orthosis our clinical team are on hand for phone/ skype appointments and our customer services team are picking up customer phone calls and emails on the details below.
Customer Service Team
Our customer service team and manufacturing facility are open Mon – Thursday 07.00-16:30 and until noon on Fridays.
Lead times / Turnaround Times
Our current turnaround times for product is 2-3 weeks. We are aiming to get this back down to 5 days as soon as we can.
Christmas Closure Dates
Key Christmas 2020 Dates:
- Last shipment for overseas: 17th December
- Last shipment for UK: 21st December
- Close on the 23rd December
- Re-open 4th January 2021
