If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to inform us that you wish to return it. Then you have another 14 days to return your item from this date.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in their original packaging and in a clean and resalable condition. DM Orthotics Ltd will not be responsible for the return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
You will need to have a receipt or proof of purchase for your item and the Packing Note/Invoice number must be included on the return advice.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on the card issuer’s policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
