New COO with wealth of experience
We are delighted to announce that Marshall Reid has joined DM Orthotics as Chief Operating Officer.
With a background that includes leading national and international companies in a range of different sectors, Marshall has considerable global expertise in emerging markets.
Originally from Edinburgh and most recently based in Yorkshire, Marshall is re-locating to Cornwall to take on his new challenge.
“DM Orthotics has earned a well-deserved reputation for product excellence that is transforming lives worldwide,” he said. “The team are fantastic, so my job is to build on what has already been achieved and drive the business forwards.
“We have some massive opportunities ahead of us to help even more people with a range of neuro-muscular challenges benefit from comfortable, clinically-proven orthoses that really do make a difference to how they live their lives.”
DM Orthotics was founded in 2005 by its managing director Martin Matthews, a clinical specialist orthotist and associate professor at the University of Plymouth.
“Marshall brings a wealth of experience developing and growing organisations both nationally and internationally,” said Martin.
“With lockdowns eased and a variety of restrictions lifted, we are experiencing rising customer demand so now is the time to develop our products and reinforce our reputation as a world leading, innovative and trustworthy brand.
