How to order our products

There are many ways that you can order from our DMO® product ranges, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.

If you are based in the UK and want to order a DMO® Custom product, you can contact our team of clinical specialist orthotists and physiotherapists and visit one of our clinics nationwide. They will talk you through your options and determine which DMO® product is right for you and then assess, measure and prescribe the best product for you. Each DMO® Custom product is prescribed to your exact needs and measurements and will be fitted by a clinical specialist to ensure a bespoke fit for you.

The dynamic movement orthoses® in our DMO® Sensory range are available as made-to-measure products or as a pre-sized off the shelf product. Our made-to-measure sensory DMO®s are prescribed by a DMO® trained clinician and ordered in the same way as a DMO® Custom product. If you wish to order a pre-sized sensory DMO® you can take one measurement at home and order direct from us via our website.

If you are based in the UK you can also order our DMO® Essentials products directly via our website, again by taking one measurement at home.

Based outside the UK?

If you are based outside of the UK, please contact your nearest international supplier for information about assessments and product options. Customers in the USA can also order our DMO® Essentials products directly via our website, by taking one measurement at home.

Are you a clinical specialist? Looking to order for one of your patients?

We offer DMO® training to clinical specialists across the world (where we have the necessary registrations in place) and it is completely free of charge. You can complete our online training anywhere and anytime and we also offer face-to-face training that covers everything from assessment to prescription. We’ve also streamlined our online ordering process and have a custom-built online ordering system that allows you:

– to track your orders in real time to see their status

– order specific reinforcement combinations and specification

– save draft orders

– place alterations (if required) and upload photos and supporting notes
