If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to inform us that you wish to return it. Then you have another 14 days to return your item from this date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase for your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it isn’t damaged and it is in its original condition. Our accounts department will then notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We reserve the right to reduce any refund if the items value has been diminished by the way it has been handled by you as the customer.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on the card issuer’s policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including any customs charges or similar costs, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
