VAT Exemption

If you are based in the UK and are chronically sick or have a disabling condition, you do not have to pay VAT when ordering products online. Please declare yourself VAT exempt on the checkout page when placing an online order. Please note there are penalties for making false declarations.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods, or services, zero-rated for VAT, you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people before signing a declaration when placing your order.

VAT is also not charged on pre-sized children’s products ordered online or on online orders shipped outside the UK.
